What you'll do

Administer and support enterprise VDI platforms including AWS WorkSpaces, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMware Horizon.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize VDI performance and availability for mission users.
Implement and maintain secure configurations, patches, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
Create and maintain technical artifacts such as SOPs, design diagrams, and system whitepapers.
Perform networking and infrastructure tasks including routing, subnets, and VLAN management for the VDI environment.
Design and document VDI solutions in collaboration with engineers and mission stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
IAT Level II certification, such as SecurityX (formerly CASP+) or Security+.
High school diploma with 6 years experience, a bachelor's in STEM with 2 years experience, or a master's in STEM.
Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years experience, or a master's in STEM with 3 years experience for Level 3.
At least 2 years of hands-on administration experience with AWS WorkSpaces, Azure Virtual Desktop, Omnissa/VMware Horizon, or 10ZiG.
Scripting and automation experience with tools such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell (preferred).
Experience executing STIG checklists, supporting CTO/ATO documentation, and drafting technical whitepapers (preferred).
