What you'll do

Monitor, administer, and restore mission-critical IT systems across classified and unclassified networks.
Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, workstations, and virtual environments.
Resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues by managing and closing incident tickets.
Perform routine maintenance including patch management, software updates, and system backups.
Implement security measures and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage and test backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and participate in business continuity drills.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI security clearance with a Polygraph.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have 3+ years of related experience.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification, with CompTIA Security+ CE as the minimum.
Must have experience supporting classified government networks and Intelligence Community customers.
Must have experience working with mid and senior level government.
Must have proficiency in managing Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory.
Must have experience with backup and disaster recovery best practices.
Experience with ThinkLogical IT systems (preferred).
Certifications in networks (highly desired).
