What you'll do

Monitor, administer, and restore mission-critical IT systems across classified and unclassified networks.
Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and workstations in physical and virtual environments.
Resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues while managing incident tickets and coordinating with vendors for high-level problems.
Perform routine maintenance including patch management, system updates, and automated backups to ensure data integrity.
Implement security measures and conduct audits to protect systems from unauthorized access and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and test disaster recovery plans and participate in business continuity drills for critical services.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
Must possess a current DoD Information Assurance (IA) certification, specifically CompTIA Security+ CE.
Experience supporting classified government networks and Intelligence Community customers is required.
Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments is required.
Experience with Active Directory and other core IT services is required.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
