Systems Administrator II
As part of the Global Support team, the Systems Administrator II provides on-site and remote technical support for production and development environments across multiple locations. This role involves managing the full IT stack to resolve operational problems, supporting developer needs, performing asset management, and assisting with employee onboarding and offsite events. The ideal candidate will utilize a diverse toolkit including Windows OS, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange. Key technical competencies include network troubleshooting of TCP/IP systems, SCCM for deployment, Jamf or AirWatch for mobile management, and Okta for SAML authentication. Additionally, the role requires experience with PowerShell scripting, ServiceNow, and hardware support for PCs, mobile devices, and gaming consoles like PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience with Windows 10, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and TCP/IP networks.
Experience managing and troubleshooting network devices, infrastructure hardware, and various mobile device management platforms like SCCM, AirWatch, or Jamf.
Proficiency in managing user accounts across diverse frameworks including LDAP, SSO, and SAML.
Knowledge of current generation game consoles (Xbox Series X, PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC).
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to improve service delivery.
Familiarity with storage technologies (Netapp, Nutanix), remote work solutions (VPN, VDI), and AV technology.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences while providing high-quality customer service.
MCSE, MCDST, ITIL, Network+, or A+ certifications (preferred).
