What you'll do

Perform system administration tasks including infrastructure management, automation, and software/OS installations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and apply regular patches and security fixes.
Configure and manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
Implement and manage backup strategies to ensure data protection and disaster recovery capabilities.
Maintain security measures including firewalls, endpoint protection, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for improved efficiency.
Create new solutions for complex technical problems using modern tools and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps in systems like Confluence.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control requirements.
Requires 3 or more years of related work experience for the Experienced level.
Requires 5 or more years of related work experience for the Senior level.
Experience managing and maintaining servers, infrastructure components, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP is required.
Must possess in-depth knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server installation, configuration, and administration.
Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues are required.
U.S. Citizenship.
