What you'll do

  • Provide 24x7 Level 1 on-site and remote support for SAP R3 and ASPIRE S4/EWM applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding IT issues and requests.
  • Escalate technical issues to Level 2 or Global Support teams and follow up on ticket resolution.
  • Proactively monitor system interfaces and perform troubleshooting with interface partners.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for IT and OT applications and systems.
  • Coordinate and conduct end-user training and manage user authorization workflows.
  • Support site audits and inspections as a Subject Matter Expert for system processes.
  • Represent the interests of the systems user group during project planning and execution.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • You must have experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • You must have 7+ years of experience with SAP R3.
  • You must be knowledgeable about integration with enterprise business systems (SAP, MES, LIMS, etc.) and data integrity concepts.
  • You must have strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • You must have excellent customer service skills and an agile mindset.
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP HANA is a plus (preferred).
