System Manager, Technology Adoption and Support

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to help colleagues adopt clinical, business, and productivity applications.
• Oversee user enablement programs including site support, enterprise application training, and the Super User Program.
• Manage digital adoption, workflow reinforcement, change readiness, and ongoing proficiency development for the workforce.
• Align organizational priorities with scalable learning and adoption initiatives by collaborating with operational, clinical, and technology leaders.
• Analyze user experience and application data to identify barriers and drive interventions.
• Enhance workforce productivity and application value through targeted technology adoption initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• A High School Diploma and five years of relevant experience in IT, healthcare, or management may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience in supervisory, team lead, or demonstrated leadership roles is required.
• Epic certification in Epic ClinDoc, Epic Procedure Orders, or another Epic module is preferred.
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb (100 Mb or higher is preferred).
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb (10 Mb or higher is preferred).
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms (under 60 ms is preferred).
