As a System Level Product Development Engineer on the System Level Product Engineering team, you will tackle complex testing challenges and develop new methodologies for the reliable testing of some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips. Your daily responsibilities include characterization, yield enhancement, and specification validation while collaborating with ASIC, DFT, ATE, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams to resolve silicon issues. You will initiate process improvements through root cause analysis and optimize workflows for system level diagnosis, verification, and post-silicon validation.
