As a System Level Product Development Engineer on the System Level Product Engineering team, you will tackle complex testing challenges and develop new methodologies for reliable chip testing at SLT. Your daily responsibilities include characterization, yield enhancement, and specification validation while collaborating with ASIC, DFT, ATE, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams to resolve silicon issues. You will initiate process improvements through root cause analysis and optimize workflows across multi-functional groups. The role requires proficiency in Python for large scale data analysis, along with knowledge of PC architecture, PCIe buses, and DRAM/DDR. Experience with HBM or GDDR memory is also beneficial. This position focuses on the technical challenge of providing system level diagnosis, verification, and post-silicon validation for some of the industry's most complex semiconductor chips to ensure high-quality hardware performance.
