What you'll do

Provide multi-tier IT support for employees across classified systems.
Install, operate, and troubleshoot air-gapped classified IT hardware and software.

Automate recurring tasks and manage configurations in air-gapped environments.

Create technical documentation to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Classified IT enterprise systems and solutions.
Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Must hold a current DoD approved 8570/8140 baseline certification such as Security+, SecurityX, CySA+, or CISSP.
Experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting air-gapped IT systems is required.
Experience with physical hardware and installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with NIST 800-53, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other Technical Security Concepts.
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and containerization platforms like Podman.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or scripting languages to solve recurring tasks.
