What you'll do

Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues including connectivity problems, performance degradation, and security concerns.
Respond to and escalate network-related incidents in a timely manner.
Support the deployment, monitoring, and testing of new network infrastructure across geographic regions.
Monitor and investigate network performance to ensure maximum efficiency and operational uptime.
Build and enhance tools and refine operational procedures to improve network operations.
Manage severity 2 and 3 tickets while participating in on-call rotations.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
Experience with Linux/Unix.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
Experience with network monitoring and automation scripting using SQL, Python, or Bash.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent, or advanced networking and troubleshooting experience (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
