You will also develop scripts and tools to improve integration and performance, conduct training sessions, and maintain documentation. Key technologies include TerraForm, Kubernetes, Azure, GitHub, Snowflake, Java, and Python, requiring a solid understanding of cloud architecture and strong problem-solving skills. This role is crucial for ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction in the financial services industry.
Provide Level 1 support by responding to basic queries and logging issues.
Resolve complex issues as Level 2 support, collaborating with engineering teams.
Offer guidance and troubleshooting for data product teams at Level 3.
Develop scripts and tools to enhance integration of data products with PADS platform.
Maintain and update support documentation and conduct training sessions regularly.
Monitor system health and produce reports on support activities and improvements.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles.
Basic skills in TerraForm, Kubernetes, Azure, GitHub, and Snowflake.
Development experience in Java and Python.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
