As an Associate Engineer in the LRR technology team based in Cary, NC, you will support applications and platforms used for liquidity and regulatory reporting processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring systems operate reliably and data is processed accurately through production support, monitoring, incident resolution, and maintaining operational stability within a regulated environment. You will leverage strong hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and debugging across infrastructure components and cloud technologies (GCP preferred). Additionally, you should have expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, including building SLI/SLOs, and working with monitoring tools like Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, Control M, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. This role requires excellent analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication to mentor team members and ensure knowledge transfer.

What you'll do
