What you'll do

Provide mainframe technical support for Endevor and Zowe products to resolve complex customer problems.
Analyze logs and environmental data to determine root causes and provide technical solutions.
Create lab environments to replicate customer issues and test potential fixes.
Author and update knowledge base content using KCS methodology to enable customer self-service.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical assistance on aged or escalated issues.
Partner with Engineering teams to highlight business impacts and influence the prioritization of defects.
Participate in scrum teams to review documentation, requirements, and supportability requirements.
Identify and document predominant customer issues to improve overall product quality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.
0-2+ years of experience.
Proven customer service skills.
Strong written, verbal, and social media communication skills.
Demonstrated technical and team leadership skills.
100 level (or equivalent) knowledge of a Broadcom product (preferred).
Product line relevant or relevant 3rd party certifications such as Oracle, MCSE, DB2, Unix, SMP/E, CNE, etc. (preferred).
