What you'll do

Provide technical support for Endevor and Zowe products to resolve complex customer issues.
Analyze logs and environmental data to determine root causes and provide solutions for complex problems.
Create lab environments to replicate customer issues and test potential fixes.
Develop and update knowledge base content using KCS methodology to enable customer self-service.
Partner with engineering teams to highlight business impacts and influence the prioritization of product defects.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical assistance to resolve escalated cases.
Identify and document recurring product issues for analysis by the Business Insight team.
Participate in scrum teams to review documentation, requirements, and supportability requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
0 to 2+ years of experience.
Proven customer service skills.
Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and social media channels.
Demonstrated technical and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of a Broadcom product (preferred).
Relevant third-party certifications such as Oracle, MCSE, DB2, Unix, SMP/E, or CNE (preferred).
