The Sustainability & Business Transformation Intern 2027 joins the Chief Sustainability Office to work at the intersection of sustainability, data, AI, and business operations. This role focuses on quantifying and communicating the business value of sustainability initiatives while exploring how automation and advanced analytics can accelerate environmental outcomes and improve enterprise performance. The intern will analyze operational data to identify trends, conduct research on emerging regulations and technologies, and develop reports or dashboards for internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams in finance, supply chain, and product development to integrate sustainability into business processes. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires an interest in technology and innovation, specifically utilizing AI tools and data visualization to solve complex problems regarding environmental impact and organizational efficiency.

What we're looking for
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree.
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in a relevant field such as Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Computer Science.
Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Must have strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings effectively is required.
Experience with data analysis, visualization, AI tools, or research methods is preferred but not required.
