What you'll do

  • Perform data analytics assessments for various projects.
  • Assist in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Finance (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration and manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
  • Initiative and passion to seek new knowledge while maintaining a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening.
  • Interest in strategy, business transformation, or experience consulting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to understand client needs and apply creative/logical approaches to identify solutions (preferred).
  • Foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations (preferred).
  • Exposure to programming languages like JavaScript, SQL, or Python, and basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud and AI (preferred).
