The Business Transformation Consultant Intern 2027 joins the IBM Consulting team to support clients in navigating market dynamics, refining competitive strategies, and achieving operational excellence. This role involves conducting primary research, designing models for seamless client experiences, and facilitating workshops or interviews to document requirements. You will gain hands-on experience with product teams, enterprise-wide data integrations, data analytics assessments, cloud migrations, and system implementations across major platforms. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations through quantitative analysis. Preferred technical qualifications include exposure to programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, and Python, alongside a basic understanding of AI and hybrid cloud environments including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. The work focuses on solving complex business and technology transformation challenges across diverse industries.

What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Finance (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration and manage dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
