Supply Chain Software Engineer Intern

What you'll do

• Apply Agentic AI and machine learning techniques to chip design workflows.
• Develop software tools to support logic design, functional verification, and timing analysis.
• Create algorithms and software solutions to improve design quality and accelerate chip development.
• Automate synthesis and place-and-route processes within the semiconductor development lifecycle.
• Support the design and verification of next-generation processors and computing systems.
• Implement software engineering practices including testing methodologies and version control systems.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of computer architecture and microarchitecture.
• Familiarity with digital, VLSI, or semiconductor design concepts.
• Exposure to logic design, functional verification, synthesis, place-and-route, or timing analysis.
• Familiarity with GenAI, Agentic AI systems, ML frameworks, or AI-assisted software development.
• Exposure to Linux development environments.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices, testing methodologies, and version control systems.
• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, Java, Rust, or similar (preferred).
• Exposure to Python or other scripting languages (preferred).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and digital logic design (preferred).
• Coursework or exposure to AI or Agent Engineering (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments (preferred).
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies (preferred).
