What we're looking for

Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure tooling, and DevOps practices to enhance productivity.
Skills in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure solutions.
Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions to promote engineering excellence.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
