What you'll do

Manage end-to-end demand, supply, inventory, and lifecycle planning for assigned commodities and services.
Develop and execute supply strategies that balance availability, cost, inventory health, and business risk.
Lead material readiness and planning for new product introductions, scale-out, and end-of-life activities.
Monitor inventory health, forecast accuracy, and supply constraints to implement necessary corrective actions.
Identify supply chain risks and lead mitigation strategies and continuity planning.
Use data analytics and planning systems to generate actionable insights and drive fact-based decisions.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase planning efficiency and data quality.
Track and report key business metrics regarding program performance, inventory, and operational readiness.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
4+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or sales operations experience (or equivalent).
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
8+ years of supply chain, inventory management, or sales operations experience (preferred).
Experience with planning, lifecycle management, and reporting for supply chain optimization in a service organization (preferred).
Expertise in multi-echelon inventory optimization and hardware engineering demand/supply variables (preferred).
Experience with high-performance server hardware, network devices, and cloud infrastructure (preferred).
Lean/Six-Sigma training, 5S, Kaizen, Agile, CPIM/CSCP certification, or ERP/MRP systems experience (preferred).
