Manager, Supply Chain Planning Intelligence

What you'll do

• Define and own the roadmap for automating and accelerating supply chain decisions using Generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Identify and scale high-impact use cases such as exception-based planning and natural-language planning insights.
• Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle from initial problem framing through proof of concept to production deployment.
• Architect a unified Planning Intelligence layer that functions independently of specific underlying tools or platforms.
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to integrate governed Snowflake data products into all planning initiatives.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes for executive leadership and supply chain stakeholders.
• Lead and grow a hybrid team of Industry Analysts, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects.
• Establish a culture of outcome ownership where every AI initiative is tied to specific business metrics.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience.
• Must possess a sufficient understanding of supply chain planning concepts including demand, supply, inventory, and order promising.
• Must have proven experience leading AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics programs from ideation to production at scale.
• Must have a strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, agentic systems, and LLM-based workflows.
• Must have familiarity with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and SAP IBP.
• Must have an understanding of modern data platforms including Snowflake and semantic layers.
• Preferred experience with enterprise AI tooling like LLM platforms, Copilot, and agentic frameworks.
• Preferred expertise in Agile delivery, including roadmap management, prioritization, and risk management.
