Global Supply Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability for production and customer delivery.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics like inventory exposure and lead times to drive operational excellence.
• Resolve supply, logistics, and operational issues across the supplier network to minimize production disruptions.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to enable data-driven decision making for silicon hub operations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Manage the onboarding and operational integration of new suppliers into planning and logistics processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage product transitions and mitigate excess or obsolete inventory risks.
• Assess supply risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity during changing business requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 1+ year of experience.
• Equivalent professional experience to the specified education and experience requirements is acceptable.
• 3+ years of experience using data to improve inventory performance, lead times, fulfillment, and supply continuity.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or hardware manufacturing processes, logistics, and supplier operations.
• Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Experience with supply planning and MRP/ERP systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms (preferred).
• Success driving process improvements and continuous improvement programs using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
• Experience collaborating across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and planning functions to execute complex strategies (preferred).
