What you'll do

Develop and maintain supply chain compliance processes that translate regulatory requirements into executable workflows.
Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or control weaknesses and drive corrective actions to closure.
Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible for internal reviews and government assessments.
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliant processes into daily operations across procurement and manufacturing.
Track compliance issues and ensure timely resolution of corrective actions to maintain regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience documenting processes and controls in structured environments.
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS or similar compliance frameworks.
Ability to identify gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain data flows.
