What we're looking for

Over 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with emphasis on process development and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of interpreting and implementing complex federal regulations such as DFARS, ITAR, EAR, and FAR.
Experience in designing, implementing, and auditing robust internal controls and compliance programs.
Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and process mapping tools.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex issues into actionable strategies.
Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CISSP, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
