What you'll do

Align internal Supply Chain teams with external departments on goals, forecasts, requirements, and timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Supply Chain Operations System roadmap.
Deploy a comprehensive reporting/KPI suite for supply chain health, scale, risks, and opportunities.
Define business requirements for home-grown applications and lead their development-to-deployment lifecycle.
Optimize business processes to ensure efficiencies across the organization during rapid growth phases.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience with supply chain IT systems and data analytics.
B.S. in engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent degree required.
Experience in large-scale ERP implementation, preferably Oracle.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication skills for collaboration across multiple business verticals.
Ability to develop and execute supply chain digital ecosystems.
Understanding of developing dashboards and KPIs for supply chain operations.
