Supplier Quality Project Manager

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end process development for supplier quality initiatives across facilities.
• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing experts and facilitating workshops.
• Design new business processes, including workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope and manage execution from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules and proactively identify risks to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop process governance frameworks with success metrics and continuous improvement mechanisms.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of progressive experience in supplier quality, Dev/NPI, process design, or program management within aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in supplier quality, supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment across multiple facilities.
• Experience with change management principles and driving process adoption across organizations.
• Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering and working with ambiguous problems and diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of program/project management frameworks (PMI, Agile) and ERP systems.
• Secret security clearance required.
