What you'll do

Own end-to-end process development for key supply chain initiatives.
Conduct discovery and requirements gathering by interviewing experts and facilitating workshops.
Design and document new business processes, including workflow diagrams and RACI matrices.
Lead process deployment and change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder communication and training.
Map current-state processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in material cost management, NPI, process design, or program management in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes from concept through deployment.
Experience with change management principles and driving adoption across organizations.
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering and ambiguous problem-solving.
