  • Conduct technical audits and manufacturing process evaluations to identify risks and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Support new product introductions by assessing supplier readiness, qualification plans, and manufacturing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to create executive-level dashboards and reports regarding supplier risks and improvement plans.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving engineering, supply chain, and procurement to meet business objectives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on supplier quality and manufacturing initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, metallurgical, materials science, quality engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Supplier Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of SEM, EDS, XRD, and advanced material characterization techniques.
  • ASQ, AWS, or NDT certifications.
  • Experience supporting machining, fabrication, precision manufacturing, or contract manufacturing suppliers.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes including CNC machining, assemblies, welding, and fabrication.
  • Ability to review engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing process documentation.
