Own continuity of supply for copper and fiber cable harnessing on the Starshield program.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline required
1+ year of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Experience with copper or fiber harnessing/cable manufacturing
Knowledge of IPC-620 WHMA and USCAR standards
Working knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAIR)
Strong communication skills for presentations to suppliers and leadership
