  • Develop and implement supplier technical requirements to meet hardware manufacturing needs.
  • Drive root cause failure analysis with suppliers to address quality issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to improve supplier quality and performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline required
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Experience with copper or fiber harnessing/cable manufacturing
  • Knowledge of IPC-620 WHMA and USCAR standards
  • Working knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAIR)
  • Strong communication skills for presentations to suppliers and leadership
