  • Experience with SMT processing, microelectronics packaging, and quality systems (ISO/TS/AS9100/NADCAP).
  • Knowledge of supplier quality processes, statistical techniques, and IPC manufacturing standards.
  • Ability to create technical requirements, implement PPAP, and monitor production processes.
  • Strong communication skills for presentations to suppliers, team members, and management.
