What you'll do

Lead and develop a team of Inventory Control Technicians while establishing a culture of precision and accountability.
Manage cycle count programs, physical inventory counts, and reconciliation processes across all product lines.
Maintain segregated inventory tracking for multiple maritime programs to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Serve as a power user for ERP and WMS platforms to manage system configurations and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure all material management practices comply with federal requirements and DFARS government property standards.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to provide visibility into material status and risks.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and optimize material flow across the site.
Develop and maintain inventory dashboards to report performance metrics like accuracy percentages and turnover rates.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Must have at least 1 year of experience supervising or leading a team.
Proficiency with ERP and/or WMS platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar is required.
Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH are required to work with large data sets.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export controlled information or facilities.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or government-contract manufacturing environment (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience standing up inventory processes at a new or scaling facility (preferred).
