What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality performance.
Train team members on inspection techniques, maintain accurate training records, and develop quality control standards.
Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inspection processes and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
Manage resources to support various inspection operations and continuously monitor processes for efficiency gains.

What we're looking for

5+ years of progressive Quality and/or Regulatory experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Automotive industries.
3+ years of experience in a Management or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems & AS9100 requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Quality Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
