As the Strategic Insights Data Science Lead within the Product, Experience, and Technology Data and Analytics team, you will lead a high-performing team focused on improving product development productivity as AI transforms internal workflows. You will perform high-velocity, hypothesis-driven analysis of operating models, product practices, and AI tools across the entire product development lifecycle to turn ambiguous questions into decision-ready findings for Product Operations and Finance leaders. Your daily work involves assessing how AI tools impact delivery speed, quality, and capacity while producing briefs with clear recommendations and guardrails. You will utilize Python, SQL, large datasets, and visualization tools to analyze metrics like cycle time and throughput. The role requires expertise in experimental design, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing to solve complex problems regarding organizational effectiveness and the integration of generative AI into operational workflows.
Understanding of product development workflows and productivity metrics like cycle time, throughput, quality, capacity, and adoption.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead analytical talent, and translate complex findings into clear actions.
Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, PhD) or experience in consulting-style strategic analytics, financial services, or Generative AI evaluation (preferred).
