What you'll do

Develop and oversee the creation of advanced AI/ML models, including LLMs and agentic AI systems.
Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to advise clients on critical decision-making.
Guide and mentor a team of data scientists in developing algorithms and technical solutions.
Identify new opportunities to apply data science solutions to meet client challenges.
Create visual, written, and verbal narratives to communicate complex findings to non-technical leadership.
Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy testing for large-scale projects.
Analyze disparate data points to provide objective answers in high-stakes environments like national intelligence.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
8+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs or agentic AI.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 17+ years of experience with scientific techniques, or Master's and 12+ years of experience in relevant fields.
21 years of experience with scientific techniques in lieu of a degree.
Experience with R, Python, SQL/NoSQL, distributed data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.), and visualization packages (preferred).
