As a Strategic Analytics Lead-Vice President on the Home Lending Data and Analytics team, you will drive analytical support for Home Lending Operations initiatives. You will partner cross-functionally to establish product analytics foundations, develop scalable machine learning and trigger-driven capabilities, and operationalize experimentation frameworks to improve measurable outcomes. Your daily work involves applying statistical methods, data analysis, and AI-assisted approaches to solve problems regarding product performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency. You will identify and prototype agentic use cases to enhance analytical productivity and decision quality. The role requires proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau to perform data querying and transformation. You must possess expertise in predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design while translating complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders within the home lending product space.
Apply statistical methods and AI-assisted approaches to solve problems regarding product performance and operational efficiency.
Deliver end-to-end analytics from problem framing and measurement design to communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
Develop and refine machine learning and trigger-driven capabilities to improve operations in a scalable manner.
Establish day-one measurements, including tracking, data quality, and KPI frameworks across product dimensions.
Operationalize experimentation frameworks to evaluate enhancements and inform business prioritization.
Analyze client experience outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and measurable value creation.
Identify and develop high-value AI and agentic use cases to improve analytical productivity and customer outcomes.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, Math, Physics, or a related discipline.
5 years of experience in advanced analytics roles.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and experimental design for product and customer use cases.
Proficiency in data querying, transformation, and analysis using Python and SQL.
Competency in leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Demonstrated AI fluency to use AI tools effectively in daily work and develop agentic use cases.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Banking industry knowledge, product analytics experience, and experience with customer journey optimization (preferred).
