As a Strategic Analytics Vice President within the Risk Management and Compliance team, you will lead the development and execution of risk criteria specifically for retail overdraft and connected commerce collection and recovery. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing recovery processes, conducting risk assessments, implementing mitigation measures, and establishing policies to ensure regulatory compliance. Develop and execute risk management criteria for retail overdraft and connected commerce collections.
Oversee collection and recovery processes to ensure effective outcomes.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in credit risk management with a focus on overdraft and/or connected commerce collection and recovery.
Understanding of account lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, and collections.
Knowledge of key performance metrics and profitability drivers.
Functional knowledge in credit risk strategy, business development, product development, and project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
SAS or equivalent data mining expertise.
7+ years of financial services experience in risk management, controls, audit, quality assurance, or compliance (preferred); Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, FRM, JD) (preferred).
