You will also be responsible for creating executive-level communications and managing complex projects under tight deadlines to protect customers from fraud while supporting business growth in the digital payments space.

What you'll do

  • Monitor fraud trends in the retail acquisition space to identify gaps in existing defenses.
  • Propose solutions by leveraging firm-wide data, machine learning models, and advanced analytics.
  • Develop strategies that balance fraud losses against operational expenses and customer impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver joint priorities for firm and customer safety.
  • Work with technical product teams to deliver best-in-class fraud fighting capabilities.
  • Interpret large datasets to uncover behaviors and trends in fraudulent activity.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level communications regarding fraud insights and strategies.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of professional experience in risk management, strategic analytics, or data science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills to identify trends in large datasets.
  • Ability to produce clear executive-level written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
