Consumer Banking Data Scientist Director

What you'll do

• Define and drive the customer analytics strategy for the American Dream Initiative.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver insights across the customer lifecycle.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks including KPI development and executive reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop data-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to create innovative solutions for customer outcomes.
• Translate complex technical analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics solutions for acquisition, servicing, and retention.

What we're looking for

• Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary analytics teams in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in data science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience using modern data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executive-level decision-making.
