Candidates must possess skills in storage optimization, replication, and infrastructure lifecycle management. The role addresses the critical need for secure, reliable data access and resilient systems within a complex environment involving multi-network integration, while ensuring all components comply with enterprise security baselines and configuration standards.

What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain enterprise storage systems including SAN, NAS, object storage, and backup technologies across physical and cloud environments.
  • Monitor storage performance, health, capacity, and availability while performing diagnostics and tuning to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Manage data backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery operations across multiple networks.
  • Manage storage provisioning, access controls, share permissions, and user mappings to maintain secure data access.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectivity, protocols, hardware dependencies, and integration with compute and network services.
  • Perform lifecycle tasks including firmware updates, configuration changes, and performance improvements for storage infrastructure.
  • Apply security patches and hotfixes to ensure compliance with enterprise security baselines and standards.
  • Identify and remediate noncompliant components by reviewing vulnerability reports and addressing patching failures.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
  • Must meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE).
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 8 years of relevant experience for the Senior level.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 10 years of relevant experience for the Principal level.
  • Must have hands-on experience administering enterprise storage platforms including SAN, NAS, and backup/replication systems.
  • Must possess skills in storage provisioning, performance tuning, security hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
