Principal Windows Systems Administrator - Secret The CIDO Classified Solutions team is seeking a Principal Computer Systems Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. In this role, you will manage multi-user computer systems, perform Windows administration tasks across multiple networks, and ensure system compliance through Group Policy. Daily responsibilities include installing, upgrading, patching, and monitoring systems while managing file systems, disk space, and virus protection. You will also develop technical documentation, resolve hardware and software issues, and provide backup services. The role requires expertise in Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and scripting. You will work within specialized environments involving NISPOM, RMF, STIG, and JSIG standards. Technical skills include experience with virtualization, SAN storage, and monitoring tools like HBSS or Splunk to maintain secure, high-availability systems for classified networked and standalone computers.

What you'll do

Perform as a Principal Computer Systems Analyst supporting classified government contracts.
Manage Windows administration tasks across multiple networks with minimal direction.
Maintain system reliability through installation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management.
Ensure system compliance using Group Policy and other security technologies.
Provide backup and recovery services while managing file systems and virus protection.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system processes and procedures.
Maintain security audit logs for all classified networked and standalone computers.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master's degree with 3 years experience, Bachelor's with 5 years, Associate's with 7 years, or High School Diploma with 9 years.
Must possess a Security+ or greater certification.
Must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of employment.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (preferred).
Experience managing systems within NISPOM, RMF, STIG, or other specified information system environments (preferred).
