What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Guidance system or weapon control knowledge and experience in systems engineering including design documentation and requirements management (preferred).
Hardware and software integration; planning, testing, troubleshooting, and report generation (preferred).
Engineering leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills, cross-discipline engineering knowledge, design review package generation, and developing customer intimacy (preferred).
Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools (preferred).
