What you'll do

Drive large-scale software development projects through all SDLC phases from requirement analysis to deployment.
Partner with product and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps and scalable architecture for the Ad Tech domain.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
Manage engineering team prioritizations and sprint planning based on available capacity and business goals.
Define and track key success metrics including SPI, CPI, and Expected Monetary Value (EMV) risk assessments.
Create and maintain detailed Gantt Charts to identify critical path items and project status.
Create end-to-end test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Support product teams by developing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in project or program management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management.
Experience with program management for large-scale complex projects.
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with user experience design principles and UI/UX design.
Experience writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Technical Specification Documents.
Experience with Scrum/Agile Sprint Planning and the Agile Development Methodology.
Experience with Atlassian tools, Gantt Charts, KPIs (SPI, CPI, EMV), and end-to-end user acceptance test cases.
