What you'll do

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 6 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and ROI projection.
Possess strong skills in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
Exhibit proficiency in stakeholder management, influencing, and building consensus through clear, concise communication.
Maintain a solid understanding of business operations, KPIs, and decision-making processes aligned with organizational goals.
Utilize competence in data analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
Master’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
Knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
