What you'll do

Own and drive complex customer escalations from initial engagement through final resolution.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues within customer production environments.
Reproduce field-reported issues in lab environments to identify root causes.
Lead technical troubleshooting sessions with enterprise customers and MSSPs worldwide.
Collaborate with development teams on defect analysis and corrective actions.
Validate bug fixes and perform QA verification during product release cycles.
Develop scripts, tools, and automation to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
Document findings, best practices, and technical knowledge for internal and customer-facing teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent enterprise experience.
8+ years of experience in enterprise technical support, escalation engineering, or systems engineering.
5+ years of hands-on Linux administration and troubleshooting in production environments.
Expertise in TCP/IP networking including routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and packet analysis.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Experience troubleshooting distributed multi-tier enterprise applications and performing root-cause analysis for critical escalations.
Experience with SIEM, log management, cybersecurity platforms, or Fortinet products (preferred).
