What we're looking for
5+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience focused on network security appliances, routing, switching, and firewall platforms.
Deep experience configuring, validating, and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls, including BGP, OSPF, IPsec/SSL VPN, HA clusters, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
Strong diagnostic skills using packet capture tools like Wireshark and CLI-based debugging to isolate network anomalies.
Practical experience deploying network topologies across hypervisors (VMware ESXi, KVM, Proxmox) and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid Linux administration skills including CLI navigation, network interface configuration, and performance monitoring.
Proven track record of designing comprehensive test plans and reproducing complex customer topologies.
Basic to intermediate scripting proficiency in Python or Bash for test execution and log parsing.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/Engineering, or equivalent.
Relevant networking or security certifications such as Fortinet FCP/FCSS or Cisco CCNP/CCIE (preferred).
Familiarity with hardware-level diagnostics and performance/stress testing tools like Spirent or Ixia/Keysight (preferred).
Experience with automated test execution frameworks or basic AI-assisted testing workflows (preferred).
