What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
  • Experience driving complex large technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
  • Ability to understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose alternatives.
  • Proven track record of stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
