What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
  • Alternatively, candidates may qualify with 7 years of experience in engineering, technical program management, product management, or related areas.
  • Experience is required in planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high-complexity programs.
  • Candidates must possess a solid understanding of Agile methodology, system design concepts, APIs, cloud computing, and hardware/software lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts, including observability, monitoring, and pre-production checklists is required.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies is required.
  • Candidates must be able to translate product feature needs into robust technical designs across infrastructure and security.
  • Ability to analyze data and use fact-finding techniques to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes is required.
