What you'll do

Secure commitments from involved teams and manage cross-functional dependencies within assigned work areas.
Translate product feature needs into robust technical designs across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and security.
Manage design tradeoffs and ensure the application of SRE frameworks like observability and alerting.
Resolve ambiguous situations and align stakeholders during setbacks, blockers, or obstacles.
Track projects against approved milestones, quality metrics, and budgets while negotiating for resources.
Synthesize data from engineering and product analytics into actionable insights and alternative solutions.
Prepare and communicate complex technical information to large and diverse audiences.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 5 years of relevant experience.
Must have 7 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.
Must have demonstrated experience in planning, execution, and risk mitigation for medium to high-complexity initiatives.
Must possess a solid understanding of Agile methodology, system design concepts, APIs, cloud computing, and hardware/software lifecycles.
Must have knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering concepts, including observability, monitoring, and alerting.
Must have strong stakeholder management skills and a proven record of coordinating cross-functional dependencies.
Must be able to translate product feature needs into robust technical designs across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and security.
Certification in Project Management (preferred).
Master’s degree in Business Administration with 3 years of experience in product design (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
