What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years with an Advanced degree, 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of experience.
Strong hands-on skills with NGINX, Apache HTTP Server, Linux, middleware technologies, REST-HTTP, and messaging systems (preferred).
Knowledge of mTLS, integration patterns, monitoring, and alerting (preferred).
Ability to support mission-critical production environments with quick turnaround times (preferred).
Experience partnering with SRE teams to push changes to production (preferred).
Prior experience as a middleware, systems, or platform engineer (preferred).
Familiarity with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ and automation tools like Python, Ansible, or Terraform (preferred).
Practical understanding of GenAI workflows, including MCPs and AI-assisted troubleshooting (preferred).
