What you'll do

Define system behavior, architecture, performance, and integration for next-generation ablation products.
Develop technical and business strategies for major system-level programs at the core team level.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive research initiatives.
Translate user and business needs into design input requirements with marketing and clinical partners.
Manage and report on overall systems integration activities from concept through product launch.
Create and maintain technology and product roadmaps for the Electrophysiology division.
Ensure all products comply with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory documentation requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative technical culture.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
11+ years of experience developing complex electrical hardware, software, and signal-processing based systems.
5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and mentor other engineers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Science (preferred; can substitute for 2 years of engineering experience).
Medical device experience, specifically supporting cardiac mapping and/or ablation systems (preferred).
