What you'll do

Develop Model-Based Systems Engineering artifacts for product development, delivery, and sustainment.
Interface with internal programs and external customers to gather requirements and provide technical information.
Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts to demonstrate the value of autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Digital and Systems Engineering strategy.
Ensure all model artifacts are accurate and complete for use as contractual deliverables.
Present developed artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events to prove mission systems integration capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.
Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, and developing model-based systems engineering artifacts like activity diagrams and use case diagrams.
Proficiency with Cameo MagicDraw or similar software such as Rhapsody or SparxEA.
Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments like Teamwork Cloud.
Knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion principles, and guidance, navigation, and control systems for precision-guided munitions.
Experience with systems testing, evaluation methodologies, and threat analysis for weapon system design.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
