What you'll do

Lead systems engineering execution for Group 5 Mission Autonomy programs.

Implement requirements-based testing frameworks for autonomous mission systems.
Integrate and test autonomy solutions as part of higher-level vehicle behaviors.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
10+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the full lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability developing, integrating, and testing autonomy solutions for commercial or defense applications.
Experience designing systems using MBSE methods in SysML.
Proficiency with requirements-based testing frameworks and software development tools like GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to advocate for systems engineering practices in adverse or indifferent internal work environments.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Experience with sensor fusion, UCI, A-GRA standards, or automation in Cameo/Python (preferred).
