What you'll do

Interface with internal programs and external government customers to provide systems engineering and mission systems integration.
Develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts to support product development, delivery, and sustainment.
Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts to build a deep understanding of autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
Work with functional areas to ensure all technical artifacts are complete, accurate, and meet stakeholder needs.
Present model artifacts and contractual deliverables during stakeholder meetings and events.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy.
Perform requirements analysis and system design for complex defense and weapon systems.

What we're looking for

B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
2+ years of Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and software integration/testing in a government context.
Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, and developing model-based systems engineering artifacts.
Experience with Cameo MagicDraw, Rhapsody, SparxEA, or similar systems engineering software.
Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments like Teamwork Cloud.
Currently possesses an active U.S. Secret security clearance and is eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Experience with mission autonomy, sensor fusion, or requirements-based testing frameworks (preferred).
